What If The Property Needs Refurbishing?
Great Northern Investments can manage any immediate refurbishments, whether it is a simple redecoration or a new kitchen/bathroom. We will always endeavour to source the best quote on your behalf.
When Will I See A Return On My Investment?
Investing in property in the North East of England is seen as a medium to long term investment, this is not a "get-rich-quick scheme". However investors will benefit from immediate rental income which is usually greater than the mortgage payments and because we typically source properties under market value, there is immediate access to capital growth.

Fees?
Great Northern Investments require £500.00 payable on instruction prior to the commencement of the search. The balance of £1,500.00 is payable upon exchange of contracts.
